APPAREL

Regular-price clothing may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only, provided that:

• Merchandise is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags remain attached
• The original receipt accompanies the return

We do not issue refunds. All approved apparel returns are issued as Tyler + Tate store credit.

Sale and clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOME DÉCOR, CANDLES, GLASSWARE & ACCESSORIES

ALL HOME GOODS ARE FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Home décor and decorative objects
• Candles and fragrance
• Glassware
• Tabletop items
• Decorative accessories

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All sale and clearance home merchandise is also FINAL SALE.

CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom and special orders require a 100% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed.

Once an order has been submitted to the vendor or placed into production, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing a custom or special order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
